Being a Moldcell subscriber, you have the possibility to use the most advantageous tariffs and options. In order to make a call in Moldova or abroad, please, remember the format of calling for each destination:
- To make a call to a Moldcell number, dial 7xxxxxxx
- To make a call to a number of another mobile operator in Moldova, dial 6xxxxxxx
- To make a call to a fixed telephone line in Chisinau, please, dial 022 [telephone number]
- To make a call to a fixed telephone line in Moldova, dial 0 [the regional code] [telephone number]
- To make a call to a number abroad, please, dial + [country code] [telephone number]
- To make a call to a number abroad via IP – telephony, dial + 0 [country code] [telephone number]
International calls
Call your friends, relatives or business partners abroad, because with Moldcell you benefit from reduced costs, depending on the destination of calling:

Preferred destination
If you are an Abonament Moldcell subscriber and often make calls abroad, activate the “Preferred destination” option and benefit from a discount up to 50% in comparison with the standard tariff. Dial *222*2#ok and choose the desirable destination:

In order to spend your balance efficiently on calls, activate a services package which meets your needs in the best way. Dial *222*2#ok from your mobile phone, send the number of the selected category and choose the desirable services package.
In-network calls (for Cartelă Moldcell)

Important
- After the 30-days term expiration, the services packages will be prolonged automatically. In order to cancel the service provision, deactivate it in the option menu, before the availability period expiration.
- The service packages can be activated during the active period only and just if the sum available on the subscriber’s account exceeds the selected package price. In case of the Abonament Moldcell tariff plan the balance must be positive.
- In order to activate the “In-network calls” services package, the Cartelă Moldcell users must have at least 0.02 lei on their account and for the “International calls” package activation – at least 0.09 lei. The Abonament Moldcell subscribers must have at least 20 lei on the account for the “International calls” package activation. If the international minutes included in the services package are completely used, the standard tariffs will be applied. In this case, the format of the international call will be the usual one: 00 [country code] [phone number].
- In order to decline the monthly International calls packages delivery it is necessary to send the code 4 for Zone 1 or code 5 for Zone 2 by SMS to the number 5678.
- The navigation in the option menu is free. The price of the selected package will be paid only.
- All prices include VAT.
