There are situations when everything depends on a single call, and your account is empty. With Transfer/Împrumut you will never miss any occasion because now you can transfer money from one Moldcell account to another, borrow money from Moldcell or extend the active period of your Cartela Moldcell account.
Transfer
In order to make a money transfer from your account to another dial *444*1*2*1#ok. The sum can be at least 20 lei and up to 100 lei, regardless of the package used.
Împrumut
In order to realise a money request from another Moldcell subscriber dial 444*1*2*3#ok. To receive money from Moldcell dial *444*1*2*2#ok. To refill at Moldcell expense is available once a day, by an amount of 10 and 25 lei for Cartela Moldcell and 20, 30, 50 or 100 lei for Abonament Moldcell subscribers.
Active period extension
Active period extension for prepaid users is performed by a 3-day term (2 lei) and 30 day-term (15 lei).
Tariffs
Menu navigation is free of charge. Any transfer or active period extension operation realized by means of Transfer/Împrumut menu is charged by 2 lei. The loan of 25 lei for Cartela Moldcell and 100 lei for Abonament Moldcell is charged by 5 lei. In case of transfer, this fee shall be paid by the donor.
Important
This service is available to Moldcell subscribers, natural persons, in active period, and operates based on certain account refill conditions:
1. At Moldcell expense:
- the amount borrowed will be deducted at next account refill;
- after the request submission, the amount in your account should be at least 10 lei;
- the amount borrowed is to be reimbursed within maximum 7 days;
- for Abonament Moldcell subscribers, the credit received is valid for 7 days;
- repeated service usage is possible after complete reimbursement of the previously borrowed amount plus the payment of the service usage fee.
2. At the expense of a Moldcell subscriber:
- you can perform transfers if you have been a Moldcell subscriber for at least 30 days;
- you can refill the account of an other Moldcell subscriber if you haven’t received any money by means of Transfer/Împrumut service during the last 7 days;
- you can make and receive transfers once a day;
- only 3 transfer attempts or requests per day are allowed;
- after the transfer is complete, the amount remained in the donor’s account should not be below 20 lei;
- in case of transfer request, the period of waiting for the confirmation lasts for 30 minutes. Afterwards, the request will expire.
